Emergency lighting

Classic light emergency luminaires are suitable for use in all internal areas where emergency lighting is mandatory. Every emergency light must be permanently connected to the central power source. During normal operation its battery charges and the lighting LEDs are switched on.

In the event of a power outage the luminaires are automatically switched to emergency mode by ligthing up its led lights. When the power gets back on, the lights are switched back to normal mode.

The Olympus Led emergency lights series is the latest offering from Olympia Electronics for an emergency luminaire family suitable to cover multiple demands with low cost and modern design. The Olympus emergency luminaires are specially designed to cover emergency lighting specifications for small to medium-sized installations. The low profile and the ability for recessed mounting in false ceilings make them suitable for installation in hotels. For use in environmentally burdened areas, the luminaires of the Olympus series are available in IP65 ingress protection rating. Additionally, there is the LT version, suitable for use in low temperatures. The self-testing versions of the Olympus family offer the option to set the autonomy of each luminaire to 1, 3, or 8 hours, via internal switches. Furthermore, the internal design provisions for different power sources such as Supercapacitors or LiFePO4 batteries, additionally to the standard Ni-Cd batteries

The emergency luminaires of the Power Light series are designed with large, industrial areas in mind. Two independently adjustable lenses and high power led light sources enable the luminaires of the series to better illuminate each installation space, satisfying the most demanding specifications. They are characterized by a robust construction with an impact rating of IK10 while the available versions with an increased IP 65 rating are suitable for environmentally burdened spaces.

The luminaires also come in versions with 1,5 and 3 hours of autonomy.

The Power Light series is suitable for large open areas with high ceilings such as warehouses and logistic centers, car parking, and large industrial installations.

OlympiaElectronics’s Tetragono Light luminaires are designed to provide safety illumination with lenses appropriately designed for use in either open areas or escape routes. The GR-4XX range can be used to meet safety lighting requirements in sports or industrial installations, providing easy cabling to the electrician installer.

The Tetragono Light family of luminaires is available in versions with IP40 and IP42 or IP65 degree of waterproof for use in harsh environmental conditions, while there are versions with a range of 1.5 or 3 hours.

The luminaires of the Weather Light family are Olympia Electronics’ offering for an emergency lighting and signage system suitable for environmentally burdened spaces. The Weather Light luminaires are specially designed for use in industrial and commercial installations, as they offer increased protection against impacts and intrusion from foreign objects and moisture. Furthermore, for use in installations with low ambient temperatures or high Electromagnetic interference, there is a version available that uses supercapacitors as a power source, rather than conventional batteries.

The high luminous flux output versions 4P and 6P can be used in large rooms with high ceilings. Also, there are versions available with 90 minutes, 3 hours, or 8 hours autonomy.

The Weather Light family luminaires can be used as double-sided emergency exit signs with the use of plastic diffusers A-1017 or A-9100. Also, the A-9000 accessory enables the GR-9XX luminaires to be installed as single-sided emergency exit signs. The GR-19XX self-testing luminaires can be remotely tested via the magnetic card A-1900.
